Capturing the action and emotions on the field of play is what Steven has done full time since retiring from the corporate world.  He brings his passion for sports to every assignment as he photographs athletes giving their finest efforts, celebrating victories, and agonizing over close calls.

Steven covers professional and college sports in the mid-western part of the country.  He covers the College World Series, Nebraska football, Creighton and Nebraska basketball and other major sporting events in the Omaha area including the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament and the NCAA Women’s Volleyball Tournament.

Steven’s work has been published in Sports Illustrated, USA Today, the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, as well as many other publications and online sources.

Steven is a native of Lincoln, New Hampshire and a graduate of Georgia Tech with a degree in Industrial Engineering.  He lives with his wife, Mary Beth, in Omaha, Nebraska.

While at Georgia Tech, Steven worked on the school newspaper and claims to have been in the press box for the now famous “Rudy” game at Notre Dame.

Until back problems sidelined him, Steve was a runner completing two marathons including celebrating his 50th birthday by completing the ING New York City Marathon.
